President Joe Biden is expected to sign the H.R. 4445 into law, as the House and Senate passed the measure in early February.

Survivors of sexual assault and sexual harassment will have the choice to go to court or arbitration, instead of forced arbitration. The bill includes any new claims, despite when the behavior occurred.
